How long does the review process take?
Review times depend on your plan. Free accounts: up to 5 business days. Starter: 48 hours. Pro: 24 hours. Label: 12 hours. All videos are reviewed by our admin team before publication to ensure Vevo compliance.
What information do I need to submit a video?
Required: Channel, Artist Name, Title, Description, Genre, Thumbnail image, Video file, Upload date, and content flags (explicit, safe for kids, AI usage). Optional: Featured artist, additional artists (for collaborations), and YouTube unlisted preference.
Can I have multiple channels?
Yes. Starter plans include 1 channel, Pro includes 3, and Label plans include 10 channels. You can always add extra channels at a flat monthly rate per channel.
What happens if my video is rejected?
If a video requires changes, you'll receive detailed notes from our review team. You can update the submission and resubmit without charge. Outright rejections (policy violations) will include specific reasons and may require a new submission.
